The app crashes on launch
Try restarting your iPhone and relaunching the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store, then contact me if it still happens.
My progress was lost
Game data is stored locally on your device. Make sure iCloud backups are enabled so your progress is preserved if you switch phones.
